24V 1/2" X 3/4" REDUNDANT MULTI FUNCTION, THREE -POINT VALVE, PILOT LIGHTED, NO-PLUG IN. AVAILABLE I.O.C.: 24 VAC PLAIN BODY OR DC TERMINALS. COMBINATION ZONE INSTALLATION: 24 VAC WITH A 5080 CAVITY ACTUATOR.

WITHOUT VALVE

The 5080 series gas valve is designed for use on gas furnace, hot water heater and boiler applications throughout North America. It is a 24 VAC, pilot less direct acting gas valve that operates with a 1/2" X 3/4" solenoid coil (no plug-in) or 1/2" X 3/4" plug in type solenoids. In addition to the solenoid coil options, an auxiliary spring return pilot is available as well.

The 5080 Gas Valve is a 24 VAC, 1/2" X 3/4" linear gas valve which provides protection from back flow of gas. Two 5080 Gas Valves are required for complete redundant multi-function protection: if one unit is in the closed position, the other 5080 Gas Valve must be in the open position.

The White-Rodgers 5080 Gas Valve has a 1/2" X 3/4" Straight thru porting with a 24 volt pilot. It is designed for a multi-function valve with a Pilot and must be used with the Multi function Plug in (Not included).
