The Schlage Adapter Kit for 38-016 605 model single and double cylinder deadbolts is designed to adapt schlage deadbolts to fit into existing hole patterns.

Schlage 39-016 605 Conversion Kit is for use with deadbolts such as Schlage Commercial Grade Mortise Lock Series 300, FE595, 400, and 700 until further notice.

SCHLAGE offers complete access with this die cast adapter kit. It includes two single cylinder deadbolts and one double cylinder deadbolt. This adapter kit will work with SCHLAGE Locks model 38-018, 38-018 S, 38-0180 S, 38-026, 38-026 S, and ALL models of the Schlage Meridian die cast rim cylinders.

This kit allows you to fit a single cylinder deadbolt lock into a double-cylinder sized hole. This adapter kit has two parts: an adapter sleeve and the dual cylinder deadbolt lock.

This kit includes: One ZAMTECK® brand double cylinder adapter plate. Two keys, one for each cylinder. One wrench for lock installation and adjustment. This set is equivalent to Schlage model 518 which is obsolete. E38 series in chrome finish without any keyway access option.

The Schlage adapter kit replaces worn parts on your lock and allows you to install the lock on double cylinder deadbolts. It is for use with locks manufactured after 1995.
