CARTRIDGE/FILTER- ORGANIC VAPOR/P100
Protect against harmful particles and gases with the 3M Cartridge/Filter- Organic Vapor/P100 Respirator. This organic vapor cartridge filter is specially designed to protect against organic vapors, chlorine, sulfur, ammonia, acidic gases and other common workplace contaminants.
The 3M™ Organic Vapor/P100 Air-Purifying Respirator Protective Cartridge/Filter allows for protection against particulates and organic vapors and is N95 rated. It is equivalent to a half-mask respirator providing protection against solid and liquid aerosols.
With the enhanced filtration efficiency of a half-face respirator, 3M™ Organic Vapor/P100 Cartridge respirator cartridges help reduce exposure to a wide range of harmful organic solvents, gases and vapors in many general industry applications
The chemical-neutralizing cartridge, 3M™ N99 Particulate Organic Vapor Cartridge P100, effectively neutralizes a wide variety of organic vapors (e.g., odors from paints, solvents, adhesives and certain cleaning agents). The cartridge lasts up to 60 days when used with a 6000 series respirator for nuisance level organic vapors (NIOSH N95/P100 or better required). This cartridge passes the OSHA P100 filter test using chloroform as the marker compound (29 CFR 1910.134(d)(4)(i)).
Organic Vapor/Oil Particulate Filter (P100) - The 3M™ P100 filter style offers an alternate choice that utilizes a slightly thicker material for longer service life. This particulate filter offers much better performance than standard, polishing filters and also protect against oil aerosols and non-Germicidal organic vapors at flow rates up to 1500 LFM.
The P100 filter on these 3M™ Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) units offers protection against dust/organic vapors, asbestos and lead when used in a multi-function industrial respirator application. Maximum filtration efficiency with the lowest breathing resistance.
The P100 Organic Vapor Filter is designed for applications where good organic vapor removal is desired. The design uses a 7-layer, mixed microporous barrier film assembly bonded to an optimum combination of support and filter materials.
