The 40-100 G 606 cylinder is for use on Schlage residential grade single and multipoint door locksets featuring Schlages patented Security Latch mechanism (S2 or S2X). The 40-100 series has tailpiece configurations of 3, 4, 5 and 6 tails. All cylinders are rekeyable and feature the D pin technology.

The Schlage 40100G606 Keyed Cylinder is designed to fit a lock mechanism or deadbolt style hardware that requires keyed entry. This cylinder will accept a Schlage K40 keyway, which is bitted 0-BITTED. Features ornate detailing, and satin nickel finish that coordinates with any décor.

This Schlage lock features 0-bitted key technology, which means keys are not sold in packs of five or ten. Instead, you can keep one key and produce others as needed

This Schlage L101 Series deadbolt features ANSI Grade 1 ANSI Grade 2 ANSI Grade 3 ANSI Grade 4 up to UL 437 standards. This model features a mechanical keyway with the key inserted directly into the lock's face.
