The 447-010 1in SXS CAP SCH-40 PVC is a PVC schedule 40 construction spear. The handle is made of cement treated lumber and the shank is made of hot dip galvanized steel. The head is forged, dipped and tempered for maximum strength. This spear has a 1in diameter which appears to be a fine wire diameter.
