With an operating temperature range of -40 °F to 160 °F (-40 °C to 71 °C) the RC174119 Limit Switch provides protection against potentially damaging contactor overloads. It offers a built in automatic reset and can be used with RHEEM wiring devices in a variety of applications. The RC174119 comes in board mount configuration for easy installation into control panels.

RHEEM Limit Switches are designed to control the energizing and de-energizing of power to a motor. The single pole, SPST indicates either energized or de-energized status. The switch is normally open. The reset feature on this board mount limit switch resets when power is removed from the load. These high quality switches have a catalog temperature range of 40degC to 90degC, can handle voltage from 250VAC to 415VAC and have resistance of 58 Ohms max at 500VDC.
The Rheem 3-wire, limit switch resets automatically upon reaching the pre-set position. The limit switch is actuated by a button or a lever control. The manual override allows full control when the unit is in "Auto" mode. This feature is designed to stop a unit before it goes out of specified operating limits and maintain an in-position strategy.
