Johnson Controls F-100-21 ADPT 5/32 1/4 B X 1/8 MPT is a square drive adapter. It has been used in the following applications:

F100-21 Fan Screw. Gray in color. Package of 100 pcs per package. These adapt with 1/4"B hose fitting with 1/8"MPT (sweat bushing). "C" clamp style, wire fan end end.

Simply twist on this adjustable brass or chrome fitting to enable a 1/4" MPT connection to fit 5/32" Flare.

F Fittings 1/4" or 5/32" barb x barb, with locking coupling nubby for permanent connection.

The 5/32"-28 to 1/8" MPT adapter is designed for use with the Flexible Gas Duct, F-10 and F-20 Connecting Couplings. The 5/32" MPT Male Adapter has an integrated Spring Lock ring. The 1/8" MPT Male Adapter will fit either flex or rigid pipe systems, with or without or crimping sleeve.

Here's a perfect accessory for your project. It's a high quality polished brass 1/4" BSP Female x 1/8" Male NPT Tap. It has three grooves. In the picture # 3, the grooves are shown by dots.
