The McLain 510-300-014 Spill Switch is designed to construct a circuit at 240 degrees Fahrenheit. The spill switch is a plug-in type and has an 8 foot cord attached. It includes 14 gauge wire and 3 prong plug with ground. This item is suitable for 240 Volts and has 2 Red/Black wires lead into the unit and comes with extra fusing installed in the switch body which gives protection against fluid leaking from the lines.

This is a spill switch with pilot and remote holders. The entire assembly is CSA certified and approved for use in the United States, CANADA, and in California. All the switch does is open a set of contacts if liquid comes into contact with a hot surface, a solenoid or other devices.

The McLain 240C Spill switch is the replacement for the Weil McLain 909D600 spill switch. The Spill switch has been redesigned to meet the requirements of the new Buy American laws. Choose from a variety of finishes and operating assemblies including pilot assembly, watt burn, pilot lamp, or latching handle.
