It comes with a self retracting lanyard that pulls the striker out to the full length it locks until it is released by means of a thumb latch for ease in use. The top of the only lever releases the striker for use and locks back under the case after use.

Classically designed with a certain traditional charm, the Baldwin 5510.TSTR 5-1/2" inch Standard Strike with Dust Box in Antique Vintage Brass showcases this trend of the past. This durable and reliable indicator light switch is intended for use in antique brass point indicators and it is compatible with incandescent, magnetic low voltage, or xenon lamps.

The new Baldwin 5510.TSTR Standard T-Strike has a vintage brass finish with dust box and uses a twin bell striker.

The Baldwin 5510.TSTR, provides striking and lighting performance for up to 10,000 single action strikes from a single full charge.          The 5510.TSTR is used in both commercial applications or where high security is a concern, including computer rooms, airports, supermarkets, banks and schools.

The Baldwin 5510.TSTR is a powerful mechanical bell operated by a pull knob at the top of the case. The case itself features smooth, round corners, and has been pressure tested to 40psi to reduce and eliminate leaks.

Brushed nickel T-strike with one illuminated switch and integral locking system. This is a polished chrome switch pulldown. Vintage styling with inside locking feature, decorative rivets and glass bulb for etagere lamp. Some assembly required.

A striking elbow which can be fitted into a Square or Rectangular junction box. A person operating the Strike in either direction causes it to move towards the rear of the box, thus withdrawing a pin which retains a spring lock catch. The entire assembly is then pulled away from the box bottom and swung in an arc, so that its features are accessible for inspection and/or maintenance.
