The Baldwin 5510 Privacy Latch X Black PFLS is a replacement privacy latch for Baldwin 5500 series privacy latch doors. This privacy latch can be used with the Baldwin 5450 thru Baldwin 5500 Series wood doors with face frame stiles of 3/4 inch (19 mm) nominal width. It has a backset of 2 5/8 inches and standard tier spacing. It also comes with an operating rod which strikes on the door edge and comes with a standard wooden knob.

The Baldwin privacy latch is a 5/8" (16 mm) backset design, traditional style, privacy/screening door latch developed for concealed-screw mortise applications. The PFLS privacy latch is designed to meet the demands of high traffic if a normally closed application is required.

Cabinet features a pair of FLS privacy latches to conceal the contents of the cabinet from view, as well as magnetic latches to allow the client to fill, remove or re-latch the cabinet in privacy.

The Baldwin Privacy Latch is designed to work as a privacy latch for the Baldwin 5510 Entry/Patio Door. Featuring a unique design, the privacy latch allows you to open your door from either side while maintaining their protection against unauthorized entries. This item is sold with one (1) lock per package.

Baldwin Privacy Latch is made for use with Baldwin fire-rated surface mounted latches and operated by a separate key type handle.
