The Caleffi AutoFill is an automatic boiler feed valve that delivers a constant supply of boiler fluid to the boiler. The auto-fill valve is ideal for steam applications and where a constant back pressure applied to the boiler will help avoid thermal shock.

The Caleffi AutoFill Pressure Indicator is designed to connect directly to the return line of any gas-fired boiler to provide an automatic fill solution. AutoFill fills boilers based on its internal timer, using 1/2"-14 NPT inlet and 1/2"-14 NPT outlet connections.

The AutoFill system makes adding or adjusting water in the boiler easy and less time consuming.  A metal float is compressed by the rising level of water inside the tank. This float is attached to a valve which opens when the float is compressed. This provides a very high quality, reliable, and economic solution for automatically filling boilers. It requires only 1 wire connection to give a constant indication of water level in the unit being filled. The bottom of this valve must be mounted below the minimum operating level of the boiler. For models with a tube attached to bottom valve, the tube (provided) must extend at least 6"
