Electrode Kits ("Works") can be used in conjunction with Beckett Series N (Norton) Back mounted liquid phase heat pumps to achieve higher efficiency levels.
The RHEEM 175575 Electrode Kits ("Works") Beckett NL42XN is a 5/8-in. diameter electrode kit using high performance 3/8-in.-dia. grain copper welding wire of appropriate grade for the amperage range (AWG) shown below and a vinyl insulated, color-coded lead wire with thumb screw connectors at both ends.
Electrode kits are an important replacement item for many RHEEM gas-fired water heaters. You can identify the electrode kits you need by looking up your model number in the Rheem Product Cross Reference Guide, which is available at www.rheem.com. You will need to order 4 electrode kits if your water heater does not have a separate thermocouple (see 3B3, NL51XN, or NL82XN).
The electrode kits are designed for use with RHEEM 175575 and Beckett (also known as Pittsburg) NL42XN outdoor wood furnaces. The electrode kits are used to ignite the furnace burn pot. They also glow during operation indicating when a fire is active in the furnace.
These parts are genuine Rheem brand replacement parts and are an integral part of the product. These parts are a must have for any do-it-yourselfer who wishes to repair their unit in most cases. This kit includes an electrode, electrode holder, ignitor, and an automatic reset circuit.
This RHEEM 42,000 BTU, 240 volt outdoor condensing unit features an electrode kit for six gas valves. No oil required to operate unit and is simple to install. Equipped with a variable speed 3/4 HP compressor that operates at 2200...
