The SCHLAGE 61-509 Emergency Key Pack For B571 features easy access to both a keyed deadbolt lock and panic exit key. The non-handed keys are equipped with smart key technology, which allows for rekeying and replacement of your locks without having to provide a new key. This set includes two panic exit keys and eight side knobs as well as one entry key 62015T7SD.

This Schlage emergency release key pack for the B571 may be used in all applications where the B571 Emergency Release is used (see chart below). The two Schlage keys allow access to code one locks when the key is inside, thus allowing egress through double doors. If only one key is available, neither lock can be opened from the outside, ensuring secure locking.

The Emergency Release Key allows you to get out of the lock quickly in an emergency situation, while still giving you access if you forget your keys or lose them. The key is specially designed to fit inside the Schlage B571 deadbolt so that it can be released from the outside in the case of an emergency. It will work with the Schlage B571 and most other brands of locks that use a six pin system.

To assist the fire service with emergency access, we are providing these Emergency Release keys and a cable that can be used with your existing exit devices.
