Our Baldwin Rumba lock has an adjustable spring-loaded door latch bolt that allows you to lift the door latch from either the inside or outside. The mortise lock's faceplates are available in Satin Brass, Polished Chrome, and Satin Chrome finishes. This adjustable mortise lock has a single cylinder deadbolt with a bore diameter of 3/4" and 2 3/8". This apartment mortise lock comes with a 2 3/8" thumb turn with three locking positions and is compatible with 9-16" 5-pin cylindrical deadbolts for 1 3/8" backset.
