This complete Baldwin Estate Handleset comes with all brass and iron necessary to fit standard lockset mortises. It is designed for homes requiring a 2 1/8" backset such as all common striking and deadlocking cylinder units.

Your Baldwin Estates handlesets come with sturdy, solid brass components and a lifetime finish warranty...however the extensions, levers and knobs are made of zinc.

Estates are provided with Baldwin lever handlesets. Door handlesets and closet pulls are not provided in the Estates. Baldwin lever handlesets must be specified at time of order for doors with passage function or closet pulls.
