The Baldwin Venetian Bronze Thumb Turn Set is one component of a high quality Baldwin lockset for doorsets. This lockset features a 2-3/8? x 2-7/8? rectangular latch with a square turn piece and is for doors 3-3/8? to 3-7/8? thick. Each set also comes supplied with two rosette handles, which vary on item availability.

A logical choice for many Baldwin locksets, a deadlock provides an added measure of security for the main entry door to a home or office. This deadlock features a steel case with zinc finish. It is 1 3/8" wide and will fit doors from 1-3/4" to 2-3/8". The overall lock has a projection of 2-3/4", the latch has 1" face width and has bore centers of 2-1/2", and can be used on doors 34 3/4" to 42" high.

With the ability to turn and remove push buttons, this Baldwin lock can be easily turned by hand without installing a key. It is easy to install; simply square up your door hole, drill a 3/8" hole, insert the spindle through the backplate and mounting plate and secure all mounting screws. The backplate provides security for most doors that are from 1-3/4” up to 2” thick.
