Amana 10727923 .70"wc SPST Pressure Switch

The .70"wc SPST Pressure Switch is used on Amana® clothes washers for running a washer pump. The pressure switch senses the amount of water that is in the tub, and turns off the pump when the correct level is reached. This switch also opens and closes electrically, so a mechanical mechanism is not needed.

On-Off pressure switch for .70"wc backwater valve

Pressure switch controls power to the water heater element for manual-start gas water heaters. It monitors the pressure of the water supply and shuts off the gas valve when it reaches a safe limit. The pressure switch also periodically checks the water temperature. If it senses that the temperature is too high or too low, it turns on the power to the water heater element to maintain a safe temperature level.
