These new 720 Series dual valve gas controls from Robertshaw offer two distinct benefits in one package. The new Direct Spark provides reliable electronic spark that is impervious to electrical interference, and the Hot Surface pilot extends the safety of traditional pilots by eliminating hot gas flames. Both control types are F and R List certified for use on gas fired appliances when combined with a listed heat exchanger and safety pilot.

Robertshaw’s 7 Series Dual Valve Gas Controls provide the ultimate in control of gas and liquid propane. The 720 SERIES regulator is a combination “dual valve” system with accurate direct spark or hot surface ignition. The direct spark ignition cartridge provides instantaneous, pinpoint flame spread, while the 40,000 BTU “LG4B” high temperature spark rod assures instant ignition even when cold weather condensation exists. The Robertshaw 4534 720 Series dual valve controls contains a direct spark pilot assembly. It has an adjustable gas valve stem with a spinner knob for precision flame control. The DVC-720 series is simple to install and can be adapted to most coal and oil fired boilers already placed in the field.

The 720 Series gas control offers all the advantages of a combination hot surface / direct spark valve in one package. Featuring a separate fuelling screw that works in conjunction with the manual mixture adjustment screw, this valve offers full control over the flame to provide added safety and flexibility. Metal to metal sealing eliminates leakage, while cold weather actuation enables good long range reliability from the valve.

These Dual Valve gas controls are designed to control pilot duty gas valves equipped with a 0-25% (Maximal) quick acting pilot. These particular controls provide complete shut-off of primary gas supply to pilot and valve. Pilot can be ignited by a remote or local ignition source. Pilot operates at low and medium pressures from ½ - 5" W.C. Control is direct spark type, with S & S miniature solenoid that provides pilot pressure and hot surface spark safety features.
