The 6.2kVAR transformer is recommended for use with the HAI SolarGard 400A Digital Solar Grounding Timer 7059700 or above. It is also recommended to prevent overloading when using a step-down transformer rated at 3500VA or higher. The recommended maximum VA rating for a 30VA transformer is 3500VA. If you have multiple 6.2kVAR transformers, we recommend installing a single 65209700 coupling transformer (not included) between each transformer to achieve higher than 3500VA total VA rating and prevent voltage drop caused by multiple transformers in the system
