The Schalge 80-102 625 IC Small Format Mortise lock is designed for various residential door applications and a variety of wood frame construction materials.

The Schlage 80102625 IC Compact Deadbolt, the basis of this kit, features the Schlage SmartKey cylinder for fast and easy rekeying. The 1/4 in. Black Grade 2 finish Rinehart style die cast zinc deadbolt is ideal for energy-star rated homes and other low-maintenance applications. Round corner strike is standard. This kit includes one 80-102 625 IC chamber door lock, one 1/4 in. round corner Rinehart style die cast zinc deadbolt, two blank smart key codes (optional), one 3 in. mortise throw lever latch with matching face

The 80-102 Heavy Duty Mortise Cylinder — part of our Architect Series — is a small format mortise cylinder featuring a spring latchbolt, heavy duty double deadbolt locking mechanism, and five-pin tumbler design for extra security. Backset is adjustable with leg supplied. Includes a 2 1/4" high x 2" wide Strike Plate and standard (1/4") Black Granite Railing Rings. The 80-102 features the Schlage B60 Grade 2 IC Keyway with 2 pins at 1" and 5 pins at 7/ 8 ".
