This 120/60, 110/50VAC single phase directional control valve has a pilot duty rating of 150W. It is designed for use in heating and air conditioning systems as a part of a whole-house control system. The 2-way N.C. control provides cooling by opening the valve when the temperature reaches a lower set point, and it closes the valve to prevent overheating when the temperature reaches a higher set point.
The ASCO 8210G004 2-WAY N.C. AIR VALVE is 1" NPT, 2-way, normally closed. The valve is normally closed and will open upon application of an electric signal by means of a transmitter or form C contacts. The ASCO 8210G004 2-WAY N.C. AIR VALVE is designed for air and gas applications up to 120 psi (827 kPa). The valve may be installed at the point of use or remote from the supply pressure source.
The ASCO 8210G004 is a Hose, G 3/8 x 1" NPT Connection with 2-Way N.C (Normally Closed). It has 2-way normally closed, a maximum line pressure of 250 psi at 100F, a maximum working temperature of 40C and an operating pressure range of 0 - 250 psi.
The 8210G004 is a 2-way non-contacting N.C. pilot operated solenoid valve that provides fully proportional control of water flow. The mounting flange on the body is a 1" (25 mm) pipe size with any mating coupling installed using set screws. The inlet and outlet ports are NPT threads, but any other desired end connection may be used by drilling appropriate holes for the tubing before installation.
The ASCO 8210G004 2-way, normally closed gas control valve features a two-point pilot valve, internal check assembly, ¼" MPT for 1" NPT, solid brass union with a 1" IPS nipple and the rugged construction that has made ASCO controls a standard in the industrial world.
