A protective deadbolt for use with most door furniture and on all types of wood and metal doors. The 8241 031 LOCK meets Mil Spec A-12867B (E), Grade 1, Security Level II requirements.

The Baldwin hardware 8241 031 lock is made from heavy guage zinc die cast, which meets or exceeds ANSI Grade 1 standards. This Baldwin deadbolt lock features a case hardened stainless steel barrel which resists corrosion and pitting, and is drill resistant to ensure maximum security. This standard Baldwin deadbolt lock comes with 2-3/4'' backset and is designed for installation on the wood door using four screws.
