The WHITE-RODGERS General Purpose Relays are a series of mechanical and thermal trip two pole, 30 amp 240 Volt relays. The 2PNO series is used with CIMR-THORN WHITE-RODGERS 1021P or 1014P limit controllers.

The General Purpose Relays are contactors for controlling circuits up to 30 amps. The electromagnetic coils and contacts of the Relays provide power to the connected equipment.

The General Purpose Relays are compact, single-phase units for switching heating and air conditioning loads in residential and light commercial applications. The relays provide a solid state alternative to conventional manual controls, using the proven reliability of solid state technology. Its single set of terminals allows for multiple connections to control circuits, eliminating the time consuming and costly requirement of installing additional control wiring. Three different time ranges can be selected to accommodate either fan or compressor based applications. The relay can be programmed to operate with an "on" delay of up to 15 minutes before energizing the contactor coil. This provides for on/off cycling of heating
