The DEFROST BOARD is a fast way to defrost food products at temperatures between 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4,4°C).

The DEFROST BOARD quickly and safely defrosts and cleans fish and seafood fillets, as well as other items like poultry, bison/ox, venison, chicken, or beef. It is a hygienic hard surface that will reduce contamination.

BEST FOR USE IN LOFTS OR CEILINGS THAT HAVE VENTS IN THE SOFFITS. DEFROST BOARD IS MEASURED WIDTH IS AT THE WIDEST POINTS.

The DefrostBoard quickly and easily removes frost from refrigeration cases and food covers. The DefrostBoard comes in a convenient 14" x 18" size which allows use on both cases and covers.

The 920338 Defrost Board can be used full time in the summer as an 'all around' board providing almost every function that you would need. It is also a great non-stick cookware surface. For eight months out of the year, simply remove your stainless steel cover and keep the Defrost Board in use.
