AutoDrainVlv(models pre 9923) automatic drain valves simplify the process of draining accumulated water from your domestic central heating and cooling systems. They prevent freezing in cold-weather climates by automatically opening and closing in response to temperature changes. The valve cannot be operated manually and senses its own temperature and pressure.

The AutoDrainVlv(models pre 9923) is a non auxiliary drain valve, for use with Johnson Controls # 3830N - Variable Air Volume (VAV) coils.

This AutoDrainVlv is based on the same great design as the Johnson Control's original DRAIN VALVE.

When installed between clean-out and main drain, AutoDrain Valve automatically drains the sump pump continuously. AutoDrainValve series are for use with 1/2" to 2" pipe or tubing, 10' spacing are recommended. Auto-drain valve is slightly larger than standard manual drain valve.

No need to empty the reservoir. Just put a clean empty container under the automatic drain valve which is on top of the water reservoir and turn on the sprinkler system. The system will drain completely with no mess at all.
