The Blair Nozzle LESS 9" blast tube is designed for use with the Beckett Model 837 HVLP gun. This nozzle assembly provides a superior finish to spray application along with a balanced air consumption at low pressure.

The BECKETT 837 Blast Tubes can be directly connected to the BECKETT 835/836 machines for blast media handling, dust collection or other uses. Available in 3 or 4 inch diameter sizes, various lengths including cut-to-length are available. While 9 inch is standard length, 5" and 12 inch lengths are also available. Different Nozzle Line configurations are available depending on flow rate requirements and application specifics.

The 9" Blast Tube is an excellent tool to improve the projection and penetration of abrasive blast media. The tube may be used in place of a nozzle on all model 1600 and 2000 series guns or as a replacement connecting tube for the Model 5000 and Model 8000 guns. Two different tips are available, a standard 17 degree cone angle tip and a wide 55 degree angle primer assist tip (part no. 0837-7750-06). The tube comes with the bonded blast nozzle and built in check valve.

Our Blast Tubes feature a standard ¾" MNPT thread end to easily connect with Standard Nozzles, Foam Nozzles, and Richter Guns. Blast Tubes are available in 1¼" pipe thread, which will only connect to our threaded Nozzles.

Nozzle to blast tube, comes complete with female quick coupler at the blast tube end with 1/8" threads and O-ring. Leak Gas Tested at 3000 PSI air pressure.
