The Rheem 183306 /Protech - Sheath Heater - /Ruud/Protech - A connected electric sheath element is designed for use with gas and oil-fired, high temperature water heaters that operate between 175°-450°F. The 183306 /Protech Sheath Heater' is suitable for heating domestic hot water to baths, sinks and shower units, as well as low flow applications.

This 2-piece sheath heating element comes with rear wiring and thermostat. It is easy to install in most gas furnaces or boiler systems. It has a push-in connector on the rear for easy installation and a 10 year warranty.
