The features of this valve include: Direct acting solenoid valves with built-in full bore porting. NEMA 4X (IP68) rated. Also compatible with NEMA 6P (IP68) enclosures. Triple sealed, aluminum alloy spool and plug for backpressure protection and extended service life. Available with brass or stainless steel body construction. Optional manual lever operation for greater reliability in plant shutdowns.

The 8210G9 solenoid valve is a normally closed valve that is operated by a 3/4" portable air supply. It has a stainless steel diaphragm, brass body and spool, spring-loaded spool retainer and graphite packing (#5 cold weather).

The 8210G9-240V solenoid valve is a 25,000 ANSI standard duty non-lubricated medium pressure pneumatic, normally open spool valve. It is designed for panel and field mounting and offers an attractive price/performance ratio in virtually any air operated control system. The 8210G9-240V solenoid valve includes two o-ring seals with each valve: one for the stem opening, and one for the pilot area.

The ASCO 8210G9-240V Series Solenoid Valves are used in industrial and commercial applications where conventional valves are used. The 8210G9 solenoid valve series features a ¼ Inch NPT pipe connection that accommodates the 5/8 and ¾ inch or 1, 1-1/4 and 1-1/2 inch valves, these valves feature a 2 ½ inch NPT process connection as well as pressure settings between 90 PSI to 400 PSI (6.3 BAR-29 BAR). The 8210G9 solenoid valve series have internal pressure regulators.
