The Schlage B662R626 Removable Core is a perfect way to get the protection of a Schalge Deadbolt Lock without replacing your existing deadbolt. The removable core works with existing single cylinder or double cylinder 6-pin locksets that have cylindrical or flat keys. This is a Grade 1 certifacation

The fully removable core of the B662 series deadbolt offers an unprecedented level of security. The highest level of protection can be achieved by simply removing and storing the core away from doors and other vulnerable areas when the lock is not in use.

The Schlage B662R626 electronically keyed residential rim lock is a Grade 1 product, and the exterior features a reversible white/black knob that can be rotated 180°. The strike mechanism allows for the addition of a deadbolt. This model is designed for wood door applications and comes with trim plates that are not reversible.

Good quality key lock compatible with the following Schlage deadbolt (deadbolt not included): B662 Series, FE series, MCL series and E series. Core includes a latch assembly only and is designed to be a replacement core for locksets that do not have timeserts i.e. B660, B662, F660, F662, FE660 and FE660 commercial.
