This Baldwin lever handle has a 3-piece design with two adjustable backplates which, when installed up or down, offers the ability to change the amount of privacy at your door. The 3-piece level uses thick plates; this design offers maximum strength. As with all Baldwin privacy levers, the actual access door is separated from the lock stile assuring that no light or view will be visible while locked. If you prefer more privacy while accessing your door while this style may not be for you.
