The B308+TR24-SR is a 1/2" 3 watt .46 Cv @ 24 Volts DC Occupancy Sensor with neutral and switching outputs. This device has built in bidirectional over current relays for load disconnection. The contacts of the relay can be freely configured by 3 dip switches.

The B-308+TR series 1/2" Trip Rate valve (24VAC/DC) provides control of cold water supply to a single or multiple showers, faucets or whirlpools and is ideal for a wide variety of applications in residential and light commercial applications. The B-308+TR Series opens upon demand to accept line pressure and closes off at set point value to deliver the desired flow rate. Opening circuit is electrically activated and closing circuit is spring returned actuated by a mechanical latching ball which locks in place in any position.

The innovative B308+TR24-SR combines a 3W solenoid valve with an integrated 24V/1.5A shunt relay that is especially suited for motorised soft terminal applications. The ‘+TR24-SR’ represents the “+” between the product number and the device class. The re-closable, insulated terminal block on the B308+TR24-SR makes it especially easy to install, configure and daisy chain multiple devices in a single housing.
