The B323+LF120 | -S is a fully adjustable, multipurpose CCV with multiple mounting options and a universal motor bus bar. It provides the flexibility to provide heating and cooling to a variety of spaces. With split piping manifold, its easy to change from heating to cooling or vice versa for zone applications. Multiple mounting options include free standing wall mount, DIN rail mount, surface flange, plug box and pipe flange. It comes with both air and water connections making it easy for installation in existing or new systems.

The 3-way valve has three methods of opening and closing: on/off, modulating and gas limiting. The non-modulating or on/off allows for full control of the flow. The modulating valve "senses" the pressure difference in the 2 circuits and opens/closes accordingly so that it allows the maximum amount of protection for both circuits. The gas limiting valve limits the maximum pressure differential between zones.
