This 24V DC 70in-lb Smoke Damper Actuator is well suited for most fire smoke dampers found in residential homes. It features flexible connection options, a long service life and an easy install. The FSNF24-FC can be used with a variety of controls that support either FireSmokeAct or SmokeAlert technologies.

The 24v Fire/Smoke Actuator from BELIMO is a floor-mounted actuator, allowing for a more compact arrangement than that offered by the standard wall-mounted models. The model comes complete with connection to a motor terminal and additional lug for switching via Normally Open contact. The switch operates when the actuator is moved to an open position (down), and deactivates when the actuator is pushed back to a closed position (up). The FSNF24-FC US is a 24 volt (11-15V AC, 1-10V DC) smoke actuator 24 volt wire in. This damper actuator uses a 2 position switch or change over plug to open/close vent dampers. Internal reed switches sense the position of the actuating armature and then signal the switch or change over plug to reverse its connection. This smoke actuator has mounting ears that allow the addition of an actuator wall bracket, use of this wall bracket is optional and in some applications it will make installation easier.

The entire line of BELIMO smoke dampers: FS-2 and FS-4 fire/smoke dampers, FSM-4 (fire smoke mini), FSNF24-FC (24 V) and FSCE20-FC (24 V) are based on a single product platform concept. This allows quick and easy retrofit to existing applications without voltage adjustments, product reprograming or process changes.

This product is perfect for virtually any application requiring low voltage control of smoke dampers, kitchen ventilation systems, exhaust fans, steel fire doors, and many other hard-wired applications. The FSNF24-FC Damp Actuator provides 24vdc of actuator power, 6 wires for smoke damper input. It can be mounted from a top or bottom hole to fit in situations when space between drop ceilings is an issue. It's easy to install with only 4 wires and a 4-pin connector.
