The ZoneTight® 1/2'' ball valve is a 2-way direct acting valve for plumbing applications in combined heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. It is designed as a non-rising stem pilot operated check valve and used in a number of different applications such as Honeywell's Acclimateâ„¢ System,  General Electric's ComfortTempâ„¢ System, Thermwell's TempZone® System and Trane's UniPak® Ductless Heat Pump System. All ZONE TIGHT products are compatible with Poppet  and Globe

ZoneTight Switches allow you to control ZoneTight control valves with a 24VAC/DC external 24 VDC power supply. The switches, which feature a fail-safe mechanism, provide simple zone control for a single ZONEtite or ZONEtite Dual Control Valve that is set up for two-way air balancing and has been mounted on the same supply line.

The Z2050Q-J+CQKB24-LL is a 2-way valve and retraction ball valve combination from the groundbreaking grid valve range of Belimo. This device combines control for hot and cold water, with a fail safe trip mechanism that will stop the water supply in the event of an electrical failure. This means you can prevent scalding from occurring should power be cut.

The two-way ZoneTight Ball Valve Z2050Q-J+CQKB24-LL is intended to control zone heating and domestic hot water in closed systems. It consists of a ball valve and a pneumatic actuator, which has a pre-charged air lubricated motor with integrated safety device (IEC motor) based on the direct drive principle. The valve is isolated from the system pressure and electric power by means of thermal fuses. An anti-freezing device is available as an option.
