BD SKILLIT ALG-CIDE QT. EACH  ALG-CIDE is a waterbased algicide/dechlorinator that controls free floating algae without harming aquatic organisms or septic systems. BD SKILLIT ALG-CIDE QT. EACH effectively controls scum lines, string algae and blanketweed to maintain clear pools.

BD SKILLIT ALG-CIDE QT.  is used for killing algae and maintaining aquariums when other treatments fail. It works well in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. BIO-DEX SKILIT ALG-CIDE is an insoluble gel that releases tetrachlorophydin, a potent algaecide in the exact amount as it dissolves.

BD SKILLIT ALG-CIDE is a liquid algaecide used in swimming pools, Jacuzzi spas, and hot tubs to control algae growth. It works by disrupting the photosynthetic process of the algae and controlling its rapid reproduction. This product does not control existing algae but prevents it from growing out of control.

Use the BD SKILLIT™ Alg-Cide™ to sanitize instruments that have been autoclaved. Also use it for emergency irrigation during instrumentation procedures, as well as an adjunct in wound irrigation procedures. Cleaning with this product is highly recommended after cleaning with detergent solutions.

Alg-Cide is used for removing organic growth in cooling water systems. It will not harm plumbing or electro-mechanical equipment if used according to directions. Dosage is 1 to 2 oz per 100 GPM of cooling water. Automatic feeders are recommended for large systems.

One and one-half pint of ALG-CIDE for use in an automatic mixing dispenser is designed to control algae formation on cool and warm water fixtures in hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care facilities. It is intended to be used in combination with a regular cleaning program consisting of hot water, regular detergent, brushing, scraping, and rinsing followed by wiping down of fixtures.

ALG-CIDE is an Algaecide. It is used to control many types of algae in water filtration systems. When properly mixed and applied, ALG-CIDE controls or eradicates numerous forms of filamentous, planktonic and colonial fresh water algae.
