GripBeltSheaves are used for supporting the upper end of a belt. When belting is applied, load is applied to sheave face. Sheave must have enough rigidity to support belt forces as well as be free to slide on spindle or shaft. If sheave binds, or slips on spindle, belt life and performance will be reduced.

V-Spline sheaves are designed to reduce weight for increased line wear resistance, and ease of handling. The split-type allows all the load to be placed on the bearing cone instead of allowing some of it to escape around the bushing. The 1B5V110 has a 320mm A3006 shaft and a 11.28mm diameter output shaft. Bushing B are supplied with the sheave.

Our cast iron sheave is an excellent addition to your rigging system or as a replacement part. It will allow easy operation of grip belt, sash belt, sash haul and chain in window application. Our crafted sheave features parallel leg design for more power in fall arrest arrest systems.
