Our pillow block is a static duty bearing that can be used in a variety of applications. At the heart of the design, a steel housing with an anti-friction coating encloses a 1" diameter steel ball for low friction and increased load capacity and shock resistance. The full perimeter seal provides for minimum likelihood of leakage, and high resistance to weathering and chemicals at or slightly below atmospheric pressure.

This VPS-216 Series Bearing has 1-7/16" of vertical Up and Down clearance. Used for Air Handling Duty Applications, it features a Cast Iron body with a Stainless Steel Contact Ring and Flinger Seal. The housing is machined from solid bar stock, then heat treated to meet the high standards that Browning has set with all their gear side bearing products.
SNL Pillow block bearings are suitable for applications under heavy loads and high vibration, whereas their life expectancy is approximately twice the sleeve standard ones. SNL series bearings have an improved sealing way, which ensure higher sealing performance and longer service time. Also, the material of the inner ring and rollers is changed to carbon steel with higher hardness to improve durability.
