The Baker's Pride 241221 21,000 BTU Stainless Steel Burner with Deflector is part of the NEMA 4 kit, which converts a single wall electric oven into a compatible gas oven. This burner kit is constructed of stainless steel and includes necessary hardware. The deflector helps contain heat to prevent damage to the oven walls. It's also designed for use with an electric range or cooktop that produces at least 120 Volts and 15 Amps.

A burner with deflector moves heat from the hotter side to the cooler side of the grill so you can cook more at once.
