The Schlage C603664, C603-964 ACTUATING PIN is nickel plated and connects the cam lock channel and the push button.

The Schlage ACTUATING PIN C603-964 is used with S2 keyway in residential door locks. The pin is necessary for the operation of the deadbolt on the Schlage Camelot, S2, Yale LF, Trident, Traditional and Vintage Series deadbolt locksets.

The C603-964 Actuating Pin from Schlage is designed to be compatible with most electronic locks that accept actuators. This product is made of zinc alloy for years of reliable performance and has a length of 3/8".

The C603-964 actuator pin is used with the automatic locking bolt assembly for the following single cylinder deadbolts: HR series, LX series, ME Series, and RD Series (excluding models 1198 and 1056). It is made of Zama steel.

The Schlage C603964 C603-964 actuator pin is used with older residential Schlage deadbolt products that were based on the 60 degree actuation, as well as in S251 keyway cylinders. This part is a spring loaded pin with an actuator end that is designed to bulge out the back of the lock. It keeps the backset of the cylinder tight and holds the cylinder into place. If this pin is missing or broken, it will cause approximately 2 mm of movement in your deadbolt making the locks feel loose in their door frame.

The Schlage C603964 C603-964 actuator is designed for use in standard cylindrical or 15° o.c. deadbolt and thumbturn applications. The actuator has a shrouded actuator stem to protect against damage from dirt, dust, and moisture, and one or two sweep cylinders as standard options. The body pivots 90° for easy installation in tight spaces.
