The Minipeeper UV flame detector senses fire in all types of flammable liquids except heavy water and can detect a flame or glowing ember as small as 0.25-inch diameter from a distance up to 30-feet away. The single sensor is available in two types: the 40F and the 215F.

The MINI-PEEPER UV FLAME DETECTOR is an economically priced detector designed for use on wood burning stoves, gas fireplaces, gas logs and open pilot lights. The MINI-PEEPER provides over 1000 square feet of protection and has a digital display that automatically monitors the output, enabling precise flame detection. Also, the MINI-PEEPER has a low signal output for longer cable runs between detector and control.

The Honeywell Mini-Peeper UV is a sensor used to detect any high or low temperature flame and will issue an alarm when a flame is detected. The Minipeeper should be mounted on close with the flame as possible. The Minipeeper also provides an audible and visual alarm signal which can be used to alert a fireman to the fire location.

The MINI-PEEPER can be used in any fume-producing or gas source application where a flame presence indication is required. The extremely fragile UV elements are housed inside an epoxy sealed glass tube which is resistant to most environmental conditions. It is easily installed onto most existing duct and torch applications with the included flame connector.

The Minipeeper UV flame detector features a sensing element that can detect flames at over 40 feet, providing the detection capabilities needed in high priority areas including industrial cookers, boilers, furnaces and process fires. The self-contained unit has no moving parts and requires no maintenance and will operate for years without failure.

The mini-peeper U/V flame detector is designed to meet the life safety codes for low-voltage applications. The cool electron tube inside the UV bulb is protected by a rugged, shock-resistant case—virtually eliminating breakage from handling.
