Enthalpy Sensor for supply duct or
For S-bus systems only. Honeywell's line of Enthalpy Sensors for duct air sampling on the outside of an HVAC system. This sensor is designed for use in supply duct or return air applications only. The sensor will provide real-time temperature and relative humidity measurements as well as pressures with the addition of the optional pressure sensor (1/8in NPT). One factory calibrated sensor can replace two traditional thermistors, saving time and money by reducing calibration time and material costs
The Honeywell 232132 S-Bus Enthalpy Sensor is designed to monitor the moisture content of supply duct or outside air. It accurately measures and displays either enthalpy (energy as a function of temperature) or relative humidity (RH). The sensor's easy to navigate menu selects one of these two modes at the touch of a button for an on-screen brightness that makes viewing easy. This small unit installs to your wall with a slotted back plate.
The Honeywell Enthalpy Sensor measures the enthalpy of return or supply air without affecting airflow to ensure proper air balance. Powered by S-Bus, the sensor simplifies integration into existing systems and offers several benefits including a lower power consumption than other enthalpy sensors.
The Honeywell S-Bus Enthalpy Sensor can be used in either supply or return ducts to measure high temperature infrared (IR) energy to calculate the enthalpy (heat content) of an air stream. The sensor is a side mounted unit and only measures the air flowing past it.
The Honeywell Enthalpy Sensor is a small, electrically powered device that is placed in a duct or radiator to measure the amount of air flowing through or into the system and to display the air's temperature. It accurately and efficiently measures incoming or outgoing air temperature, relative humidity, supply or return airflow rate, and total airflow through the probe. This device has a limited range of uses but can help determine if indoor comfort issues are caused by human activity or by building performance.
Honeywell's S-Bus Enthalpy Sensors provide accurate information about the enthalpy of an air stream, in two or three wire configurations, as it passes by the sensors. This information is used for air-conditioning coordination and air duct pressure balancing. Honeywell's unique adaptive-learning philosophy means you can use just this sensor to achieve full system operation without having to bother with calibration data.
The Honeywell S-Bus Enthalpy Sensor measures the enthalpy of heating and cooling systems to provide advanced control and comfort. The device uses an internal low-power microprocessor to determine the heat content being delivered to a building or from a building and is compatible with both supply air and return air systems.
