DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR RE
The HONEYWELL DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE sensor measures indoor air temperature for thermostat-driven systems like those used in electric baseboard heaters, hot water heating systems, and forced air furnaces. Monitoring temperature levels in the discharge air (the air that comes out of the furnace) helps maintain consistent and efficient operation throughout the year. This sensor fits all of our EMM baseboard heaters manufactured after 1996 and all TZ T-series zone systems manufactured after 2012.
The 3554 Sensor is used to monitor the discharge air temperature in an Electronic Zone Controller system with multi-zone capability. The sensor is used to detect airflow from a register and also from individual room vents in a zone system when equipped with EZCEMM or TZEMM wall terminal controls. (Tests have shown that there is no gain when using this sensor with low airflow elements such as bathroom fan or under sink.)
The Sensor Duct Temperature for EMM and TZ Zone Systems senses the discharge air temperature. Honeywell recommends replacing this sensor if a problem is experienced with your system.
This TEMPERATURE SENSOR is a specially prepared, densely packed platinum resistance wire enclosed in a colored silicone jacket. It measures the temperature of air being ejected from a heating and/or cooling system.
This is an indoor module used to monitor the discharge air temperature of an EMM or TZ zone system installed in a variable-volume space.
The Honeywell 55037 is to be used with EMM and TZ zone systems for temperature indication of the discharge air. This product is compatible with HVAC Equipment. For more information on this product or to order, please contact your local purveyor or call 1-800-437-4930.
The 55037 Sensor Duct Temperature for EMM and TZ Zone Systems is a replacement sensor for exhaust ducts. It senses air temperature to adjust control operation.
