The Carrier 00PPG000012100A Suction Transducer (green) is designed for use as part of the gas control system with split-duct systems that utilize supply air temperature sensing to meet demand, and as part of the control system with heat pumps that utilize suction temperature sensing, such as providing low pressure limit protection.

The Carrier 00PPG000012100A Suction Transducer features two ceramic sensor plates that are permanently embedded into the suction line for extended life. This transducer is designed to be mounted on the outlet of an existing suction line flow switch, typically measuring 0-10 in wg. It is suitable for use in commercial refrigeration systems. This green colored transducer has a 3/8" FPT connection thread and also includes a 3/8" FPT coupling for attaching to the line flowing out of the flow switch.

The Carrier® Suction Transducer offers a quick and simple way to monitor relative suction line pressure/balance, giving you a useful tool to help ensure proper air distribution in your HVAC system. It is designed for use with Carrier® model furnaces which contain the DSTATCOM® module.

The Carrier Suction Transducer can produce a vacuum of +12 inches of Hg or -28 inches of Hg with a flow rate up to 2.7 gallons per minute. It has a tube size of 1/2 inch and is constructed with an epoxy-coated aluminum housing. This product is for use with gas, oil, water, and bio products.
