The Inducer Motor Assembly is on the heat exchanger. The inducer motor allows the furnace blower to suck air into the heat exchanger core.
The Carrier 320725-758 Inducer Motor Assembly is the heart of a heat pump's operation. This part includes a motor and fan, along with a support structure that helps to hold these parts in place. The motor itself creates an electromagnetic field which moves metal within the heat pump, creating the necessary flow of cold air or hot air to maintain your desired temperature.
