The Carrier Silicone Heat Sink is 2 inches diameter and 1-1/4 inches deep. This Heat Sink fits in the crankcase heater of most gas or liquid propane furnaces, heat pumps and forced air furnaces.

Increase the effectiveness of your heater! This handy silicone heat sink replaces the OEM sleeve on Randall and SunPro Crankcase heaters to help control engine temperature by conducting heat away from the heater. The silicone's superior durability makes it even more effective than the OEM neoprene sleeve at preventing exhaust particles from reaching engine components.

This silicone heat sink may be used in place of the rigid metal heat sinks that come with various Crankcase Heaters. The silicone material is more pliable so high vibration applications can be accommodated and the high dielectric strength allows it to dissipate heat without developing any hazardous electrical conditions.
