Compressor Lockout Sensing Rly
Compressor Lockout Sensing Rly, Switching Relay, Relay Re3.
Our Relay Sensing Rly is designed to automatically lock out the compressor in case of a pressure switch malfunction, eliminating unnecessary service calls.
Many Carrier compressors are available with Relay Sensing. Compressor Lockout Sensing Relay (CLSR) has an external wire that is used to detect a running or locked compressor. If the sensor detects a running or locked compressor, the system will automatically bypass the compressor and open the zone valve to isolate the faulty component. A separate sensor detects if the compressor is off, and should a failure occur, the CLSR will complete a power sequence, including cycling off then back on to ensure proper performance after service.
The Carrier Relay Integrated Sensing Relay senses a problem with the electrical lockout and turns off the compressor if there is a problem with the locking mechanism.
Features: Compressor lockout relay sensing, DCV, MV, and VH voltage sensing, Overload protection: current sensitive relay and standard over-current relay outputs
The Carrier relay switch controls the compressor lock out function which tests the outside air and discharge pressures. In addition, Relay sensing protects the compressor from damage resulting from high voltage short circuits. This relay switch is used in most York compressors with a built-in outside air thermistor.
The Carrier 38HQ660014 Relay Sensing Rly is a part of the Carrier Relay System. This is a sensing relay. It contains sensing rly and c/b solder terminals. The sensing rly includes microswitch, magnet with shunt material, seal spring assembly and bearing. The item has a nominal voltage of 120vac. The cut-in voltage is rated at 0vac and the cut-out voltage at 24vac. The current supplied is 0ma and the frequency s 50/60hertz. L = 17.94?, W = 12.58?,
