This Carrier Condensate Pan is designed to fit specific Carrier models. This Condensate Pan works with the following systems: Bryant - Heat Pump

Our Carrier/Bryant condensate pan captures and drains water that forms on the evaporator coil of your central air conditioner through a 2" hole in the duct, to prevent mold growth in your home. The pan sits on top of the evaporator and connected to a downspout made for condensate drainage. When collecting condensation, the pan can overflow. As water will not drain into any other hole but the designated one, you must empty it when it fills up.

Whether it's for your residential or commercial project, this Carrier condensate pan is intended to be installed in a single-zone forced-air furnace. It comes equipped with a manual drain. The Carrier 40RM500075 condensate pan has been designed to be mounted in an external location to collect the condensate from the air handler's heat exchanger coil. The condensate is channeled through a tube and hose assembly at the bottom of the heat exchanger coil and into the pan. The spigot drains liquid from the pan for disposal in a sink or floor drain, which enhances the sanitation of your facility.

Designed for use with gas-fueled furnaces, the condensate pan is designed to protect against water damage caused by condensation under the floor. It features a spacious 12"x12"x1-1/2" metal basin that easily catches and drains out the condensed water before it can be re-evaporated back into your home and create a potentially damaging puddle.
