The Carrier 40RU000181 Motor Bracket is designed for use with Carrier condensers and evaporators that utilize a motor with a 2" x 3" mounting pattern. This part features a stainless steel body with aluminum mounting ears, providing more durability than other parts in the market. With the Carrier Motor Bracket, you'll be able to lift and exhaust air in a much more efficient way.

Add air conditioning to any Carrier model that uses the T3 line of outdoor condensing units. The optional Motor Bracket (part number 189C) moves the condensing unit away from the vertical duct and toward the indoor air handler. This reduces turbulence in the condenser and improves efficiency, increasing cooling capacity by up to 5,000 BTUs.
