If your inducer housihng assembly is damaged or cracked, this part is needed to complete the repair of your system. The measurements for this inducer housing assembly are 18-5/16" x 27-5/16" x 9-3/4".

This Inducer Housihng assembly is sold with or without blower wheel. Please call to confirm if blower wheel is needed.

The inducer housings are used to house the motor, and the blower wheel in the right fan housing with the other fan assembly.

The Carrier Air Handler 48HG401924 is a complete housing inducer assembly, which includes the cover, blower wheel, thermal protection, motor, and wiring harness. This inducer assembly can be used in applications that require heating but not cooling. The ducted HVAC unit works by sucking in air from the surrounding area. The vacuum of the incoming air then forces heated or cooled air through the exposed registers.
