The Carrier APG0290KAB is a two stage, thermally protected, single-stage compressor. The APG029KAB includes standard controls and an external motor starter, hard start kit (plug in type) and a thermal overload kit to prolong the life of the compressor.

A programmable, 15-amp capacity, 120-volt single phase (L1-15P) or 208/240 volt single phase (L2-20R) indoor electrical condenser unit with front and top air discharge for cooling to temperatures below 45°F. The unit discharges cooled air through an internal fan and louvers at the top of the cabinet. The compression unit is equipped for natural gas or propane. Cooling capacity will include the total of any installed evaporator units. Condensation and surface condensate are drained in accordance with local codes by a siphon tube to a ground level drain
